The Gurjun trees are found in east India. From the woods of the Gurjun tree, the Gurjun oil is extracted by the steam distillation process. The oil is known as herbal oil and is also described in Ayurveda as to be the best oil for treatment of cold and cough.

Constituents: Beta-caryophyllene, hydrocarbon, humulene, sesquiterpene alcholol
Uses: The use of Gurjun Balsam natural essential oil are; treating, asthma, leprosy, skin disorder, chronic respiratory problem, skin problems, and eczema. The other uses of the oil are for treatment of cold, cough flu and anxiety.
