Kadam Attar

Description

Kadam Attar is extracted from the flowers of “Anthoephalus cadamba” commonly called as Kadam tree through Hydro distillation. This is an evergreen tropical tree found in Asia and its nearby areas. Attar prepared from red and orange colored flower is yellow in color having thick fragrance.  It has amazing therapeutic and medicinal properties due to which used as analgesic or antiseptic. In addition, the exotic aroma makes it useful in aromatherapy.

Blends with: Santalum and all other attars

Constituents: Kadam flower essential oil and Indian White Sandalwood essential oil

Uses: Kadam Attar is used in aromatherapy due to its soothing and captivating fragrance. It provides relief from stress and depression. The excellent aroma of the attar makes it an essential constituent of perfumery and cosmetic products.  The medicines prepared from Kadam Attar are used to treat hoarseness of throat and eye related problems.
